Made by one time-served woodworker, not a factory line
Every piece starts as a hand-selected length of kiln-dried European oak, chosen for its grain and colour before it's ever cut. It's shaped, engraved, sanded four times over and finished in Osmo oil, all in the same small Worcestershire workshop.
It's a slower way to make a gift, but it's why the detail stays sharp long after cheaper laser-etched pieces have faded.

We cut each engraving with a v-carve technique that removes real material, so the detail stays crisp instead of fading like laser etching can.
